Principal's Message

Dear East Gresham Families,

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of East Gresham Elementary School. I am honored to join this amazing school community and look forward to working together to support our students in every aspect of their growth and learning.

I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the Gresham-Barlow School District, where I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles—as a teacher, instructional leader, and school administrator. This district is home for me, and I am deeply committed to its mission and to the success of every student and family we serve.

I believe that schools thrive when we work together—as staff, families, and community members—to create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all children. You can expect me to be visible, collaborative, and focused on what’s best for kids.

As we begin the year together, I look forward to getting to know each of you—learning your stories, hearing your hopes for our school, and working alongside you to continue building a learning environment where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged.
